Please read these Terms carefully. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of QueenBallers, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Arsenal FC, Leah Williamson, or any other third party unless expressly stated by QueenBallers.

2. Giveaway Period

Start Date: May 1, 2026 at 10:00 CET
 End Date: July 5, 2026 at 23:59 CET

Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are void.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide where legally permitted to individuals who:

• identify as female football/soccer players,
• currently play for a club, academy, school, university, or organized team,
• create or complete a QueenBallers player profile during the Giveaway Period,
• are at least 13 years old.

If an entrant is under the age of majority in their country of residence, parental or legal guardian permission is required.

Employees, contractors, ambassadors involved in the administration of the Giveaway, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

1. Visit the QueenBallers landing page;
2. Complete the registration form;
3. Create or complete your player profile;
4. Accept these Terms and the QueenBallers Privacy Policy;
5. Submit your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Following QueenBallers on Instagram is optional and not required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One signed Arsenal jersey signed by Leah Williamson

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): [150 EUR]

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

QueenBallers reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about July 5, 2026.

The draw may be announced live on QueenBallers’ Instagram account.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during registration and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide proof of identity before receiving the prize.

If the selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within seven (7) days,
• fails to provide requested information,
• or is found ineligible,

QueenBallers may select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Taxes and Costs

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other costs associated with accepting or using the prize where applicable by law.

8. Privacy and Player Profiles

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with the QueenBallers Privacy Policy.

QueenBallers may use submitted information to:

• administer the Giveaway,
• verify eligibility,
• create and maintain player profiles,
• communicate with entrants,
• improve platform visibility and community features,
• and comply with legal obligations.

Participation in the Giveaway or creation of a QueenBallers profile does not guarantee scouting opportunities, contracts, recruitment, sponsorships, or professional football opportunities.

If required by law, QueenBallers may request parental or guardian consent for minor participants.

9. Publicity Release

Subject to applicable law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants QueenBallers permission to use their first name, country, club/team, likeness, image, and submitted profile information for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Giveaway and QueenBallers without additional compensation.

10. Fraud and Disqualification

QueenBallers reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• violates these Terms,
• submits false or misleading information,
• creates duplicate or fake accounts,
• uses automated entry methods,
• attempts to manipulate the Giveaway,
• or interferes with the fairness or operation of the Giveaway.

Incomplete, late, corrupted, fraudulent, or automated entries are void.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QueenBallers and its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, ambassadors, advertising agencies, and prize suppliers are not responsible for:

• technical failures,
• internet or platform interruptions,
• lost or delayed entries,
• unauthorized access,
• prize delivery issues,
• or any indirect or consequential damages related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

12. Suspension or Cancellation

QueenBallers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if events beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway, including technical failures, fraud, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or platform disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the entrant’s country of residence.
