Eva Hendle

Hendle joined Chelsea’s academy at Under-14 level in 2021 after previously developing in the London City Lionesses youth system.

Hendle is known as one of the funny characters in the England U20 squad and gets on well with everyone in the group.

Her first experiences around Chelsea’s star-studded senior team were genuinely intimidating. Hendle admitted she found the step up “quite scary” because of the demands and quality, and concentrated on adapting and working hard.
