Isabelle Naomi Louise Hoekstra is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a forward for Liga F club Espanyol.

She was part of the Ajax women's team that won the Eredivisie in the 2022–23 season and secured the KNVB Women's Cup in both 2021–22 and 2023–24.

She comes from Leiden, Netherlands.

She played for various Dutch national youth teams – U15, U17, U19 and U23.
