Kaiya Jota

In addition to football, she also pursues a career in modelling.

Jota was born in California to a Filipino father and an English mother, which made her eligible to represent the Philippines, England or the United States internationally.

She is studying Communication at Stanford and has expressed an interest in working in sports journalism or sports broadcasting after her playing career.

Her biggest goalkeeping inspirations are David de Gea and Mary Earps.

Her older sister Asia was also a footballer and was a captain of the Bethany Lutheran College women's football team.
