Laura Abbie Bennett is a New Zealand footballer who plays as a forward. She has represented New Zealand at U16, U17 and U20 level.

She grew up playing in the boys’ game, competing at the highest level available to her and even playing in girls’ teams entered into top boys’ leagues.
She scored 10 goals at the 2023 OFC U-16 Women’s Championship.
She scored in the 2024 OFC U-16 final.
At 17, she became captain of Melville United.
