Welma Fon is a Belgian footballer who plays as a forward. She has represented the Belgium senior national team.
Fon was born in Limbé, Cameroon, and moved to Belgium at the age of eight.
Before focusing on football, she was a gifted handball player and did not switch to football until she was 14 years old.
She balanced her professional playing career with her education as a psychology student at the University of Liège.
During the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, she served as a television consultant for the Belgian broadcaster RTBF.
She was part of the first-ever nearly fully professional women's team in Belgian football history at Standard Liège during the 2023/2024 season.
