Zuzanna Magdalena Błaszczyk is a Polish footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. She has represented Poland at U15, U17, U19 and U20 level.
Football runs in Błaszczyk’s family: her father played football and later coached in their hometown, while Zuzanna first went to training together with her sister.
The Polish FA selected her for its Talent PRO programme in November 2022, when she was still representing Skra Częstochowa.
She grew up in Sadów, a small village in Silesia, and her earliest football experiences were closely connected to her family and local community.
Becoming a goalkeeper was never part of the original plan: she only went in goal because she was ill, did not want to run much, but still desperately wanted to play in the match — and ended up loving the position.
She was part of Poland's squad that won bronze at the 2024 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship, a result that also earned Poland qualification for the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup.
