La Princesa is a unique global fan-voted award created by QueenBallers to celebrate the next generation of women’s football.
The award puts the spotlight on 44 talented players under 19 from around the world, giving fans the opportunity to discover rising stars and decide who deserves to be crowned La Princesa.
Unlike traditional football awards, La Princesa is decided 100% by the fans. Every vote comes directly from the people who follow, support and believe in the next generation of the game.
44 players. 4 positions. 1 All Star.
Each edition features 11 goalkeepers, 11 defenders, 11 midfielders and 11 forwards.
Fans choose one favourite player from each position. At the end of the voting period, the player with the most votes in each category becomes a La Princesa positional winner.
And one player goes even further.
The player who receives the highest number of votes overall is crowned the La Princesa All Star.
