Emma Nielsen started playing football in Borbjerg after watching her three older sisters play.

If she could eat one meal for the rest of her life, Nielsen would choose roast pork with gravy and potatoes.

After suffering an ACL injury in 2024, one of the biggest challenges during her comeback was regaining confidence in everyday football movements such as shooting and attacking crosses.

Nielsen scored four goals against BSF in the match where she suffered the knee injury that eventually kept her out of football for an extended period.

Nielsen and her older sister Malene were teammates for several years before Malene moved to ASA Aarhus, setting up their first competitive meeting as opponents in August 2026.
