She began playing football with Tallboda IF as a child, later joining Stångebro United before moving to Linköping FC’s youth academy in 2023.
On December 29, 2025, she signed a three-year contract with Linköping FC’s senior squad ahead of the 2026 season.
Dag had trained regularly with the first team in 2025 and made her Damallsvenskan debut in the final match of the 2025 season vs FC Rosengård.
She has played both for Linköping FC’s F17 and F19 age groups, establishing herself as a starter at youth level.
Laura was selected for the Swedish F16 national team training camp at Bosön in November 2025, her first youth international involvement.
