Mosquera developed through Formas Íntimas, one of the best-known women’s football development programs in Antioquia.
Mosquera was the top scorer at Colombia’s National Women’s U15 Championship in 2022, then won the U17 Golden Boot twice, in 2024 and 2025.
She has shown a strong left foot from an early age. In a 2023 U15 game against Cauca, she curled a left-footed strike into the top corner and later added an assist.
