Natsumi Tago is a Japanese footballer who plays as a forward. She represents Japan at U-20 level.
Tago left her home area for Ehime during high school because she wanted a fresh environment where people did not already know her.
Her first professional pay cheque went towards treating her family to a meal.
Her favourite music includes J-pop and K-pop, and she lists TWICE member Chaeyoung and singer eill among her favourite female celebrities.
Her pre-match ritual is simply retieing her shoelaces, while her away-trip essentials include an iPad and a Stitch neck pillow.
If she had not become a footballer, Tago says she would have liked to be a nursery-school teacher.
In 2025/26, she became the first Cerezo Osaka Yanmar Ladies player to win both the WE League Best Young Player and Best Offensive awards in the same season, while also being selected among the league's Outstanding Players.
