Adéla Čechová is a Czech defender in the Fulham FC Women pathway, part of the club set-up that recently climbed into England’s fourth tier, the FA Women’s National League Division One South East, and a youth international with Czechia’s under-17 national team.
Before Fulham spotted her, Adéla played for local grassroots side Andover New Street - Fulham scouts first noticed her during a match between the two clubs.
She is the eldest child of former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Čech.
Her younger brother Damián also plays in the Fulham system.
Her debut for Czechia U17 came at the MIMA Cup 2025 in Spain: reports say she started on the bench against Mexico and came on in the second half.
As a child, she would always kick the ball around with her brother and father in their garden.
She has grown up between Czech roots and an English football environment.
