Frida Binderup

Frida Binderup grew up in North Jutland, just outside Aalborg, before moving away as a teenager to pursue elite football.

She continues to combine football and education through Sportstar College in Ikast, where she attends a sports-focused upper secondary programme.

Her parents have supported her football journey by driving long distances so she could attend training and matches throughout her development.

Signing her first youth contract with Vildbjerg SF was a major milestone in her development and gave her confidence that her hard work was paying off.

Before joining FC Midtjylland's new women's project, she developed through Farsø, AaB and Vildbjerg SF, representing several respected Danish development environments.
