Kristoffersen was born in Stavanger, Norway.
She began her football journey playing with local clubs in Norway before moving into senior football.
In 2017 she joined Klepp IL in Norway’s Toppserien, the top tier of women’s football in Norway.
In early 2025 Kristoffersen joined Galatasaray’s women’s team in the Turkish Super League, marking her first club experience outside Scandinavia.
Before moving to France, she gained valuable experience in both Scandinavian and Turkish women’s leagues.
