Elise Isolde Stenevik is a Norwegian football defender who plays for Everton in the English Women's Super League.
She started playing football at the age of seven, joining her two older brothers.
She played with boys until she was fifteen as there were no girls' teams in her area.
She had to move away from home at the age of fifteen to continue playing football because the closest youth club for girls was give hours away.
She became the first-ever Norwegian to score for Everton, heading in a set-piece.
Despite missing half of the Women’s Super League season, Stenevik ranked in the top five for Everton players for tackles (25), clearances (30) and dribbles tackled (16) in 2023/24.
