Nikolina Istocki is a Canadian footballer who plays as a forward for AS Saint-Étienne in Division 1 Féminine and the youth Canada national team.
Istocki began playing organized soccer at the age of nine with the Mississauga Falcons SC.
She comes from a diverse athletic background, having participated in volleyball, swimming, basketball, track, football, and gymnastics during her childhood.
She holds dual nationality; her mother, Nada, was born in Pustec, Macedonia, and her father, Trajce, was born in Toronto.
Istocki is multilingual and speaks both English and Macedonian.
Her soccer idols growing up included Canadian stars Christine Sinclair and Jordyn Huitema, as well as global icons Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
At just 14 years old, she made her debut in the Canadian youth program in 2022 under coach Jasmine Mander.
She scored six goals in just two matches during the 2024 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship.
Outside of playing, she enjoys coaching and watching professional soccer matches.
