From 2014 to 2021, she played for Real Sociedad, accumulating 147 appearances and winning the Copa de la Reina in 2019. She was named MVP in the final against Atlético Madrid .
In 2021, Mariasun signed with Athletic Club on a three-year contract, continuing her career in the Primera División Femenina.
She has represented Spain at various levels, including the U20 World Cup in 2016 and the senior national team in the 2017 UEFA Women's Euro and the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup.
