Nea Flyborg is a Swedish professional midfielder currently playing for IF Brommapojkarna in Sweden’s top women’s league, the Damallsvenskan.
Flyborg’s parents are both notable in Swedish football: her mother, Elin Flyborg, is a former Swedish national team player and her father, Markus Karlsson, is a former professional footballer.
Djurgårdens IF signed Flyborg to a senior learning contract in 2021 after progressing through their youth teams, marking her first step into professional football.
After injuries limited her opportunities in the Djurgården first team, she returned to IFK Lidingö in 2024 to regain form and playing time.
In October 2025, Flyborg scored for Brommapojkarna in a Svenska Cupen Women match, helping her team to a 3-1 win.
She began her football journey with her local club IFK Lidingö before joining the youth ranks of Djurgårdens IF as a teenager.
