Agustina Maldonado Camandona is an Argentine footballer who plays as a midfielder. She has represented Argentina at youth level with both the U-17 and U-20 national teams.
At 11, Agustina already knew she did not want a traditional 15th-birthday party — her dream gift was a trip to watch a Champions League final.
Before football, Agustina’s parents had to stay with her for the entire session whenever she tried another sport — once she discovered football, she would jump out of the car and run off to play on her own.
Her father Horacio became her own “Pep Guardiola”, helping her develop her game and especially improve her left foot.
Even on a family holiday in Punta del Este, Agustina was up at 7 a.m. on January 2 to complete her training.
Agustina and her father once had their own family scoring challenge: after Horacio reminded her that he had scored at Costa Brava’s stadium, she scored there too and joked that she had finally surpassed him.
All Boys was much more than a football club for Agustina — she joined at six, spent ten years there and came to see it as her second home and a second family.
