Francesca Fabiano is an Italian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. She has competed in Italy's top women's divisions with several clubs, including Empoli, Sampdoria, Napoli and Parma.

Fabiano developed through Empoli's women's programme before continuing her career with Sampdoria.

Her senior career has also included spells with Napoli Femminile and Orobica before joining Parma.

She started playing football at age seven after a primary school friend encouraged her to join.

She became a goalkeeper completely by chance during the Torneo Ravano, when her school team needed someone to play in goal. She says it was "love at first sight."

During her spell at Orobica, she said that playing consistently every Sunday helped her develop as a goalkeeper and that living in Bergamo was one of the positive memories she would take away from the season.
