Camelia Ceasar is a Romanian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. She represents Romania at senior international level.

She started playing football shortly after settling in Italy and developed as a young goalkeeper through the Italian youth system.
Italy attempted to call her into its youth national teams, but administrative regulations prevented her from representing the Azzurre.
She instead chose to represent her native Romania, first playing for the Romania U19 national team before making her senior debut in 2019.
Winning trophies has been a constant throughout her career, with league titles, Coppa Italia victories and Supercoppa Italiana triumphs at both Brescia and Roma.
She joined Parma ahead of the 2025–26 season after six years with Roma.
During her time at Roma, she featured in UEFA Women's Champions League matches as well as domestic competitions.
