Lily Dent

Her 2025 season was interrupted by a serious ACL injury suffered while preparing with England for the UEFA Women's U19 EURO.

Her England teammates describe her as quiet and chilled off the pitch but an exceptionally committed team player.

Dent works as a football coach alongside her playing career and is part of the coaching team at Vision Girls FC Academy.

Her spectacular equaliser for Portsmouth against Sunderland became the WSL 2 Goal of the Month for December 2024.
