Maryana Pereira dos Santos Sousa, commonly known as Mary Camilo, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper.
In 2025, she made a major career decision to leave Brazil and sign with Independiente del Valle in Ecuador, later explaining in an interview that she needed to step out of her comfort zone at Corinthians to chase her sporting dreams, despite missing her family back home.
Her bold move to Ecuador proved highly successful, as she helped the "Dragonas" capture the 2025 Superliga Femenina title while remaining completely undefeated throughout the entire domestic campaign.
Prior to her international stint, she spent two heavily decorated years at Corinthians, where she was a member of the elite squads that secured back-to-back Brasileirão and Supercopa titles in 2023 and 2024.
In January 2026, she officially returned to her home state by signing a one-year contract with EC Bahia, joining the "Mulheres de Aço" to bring her extensive championship and Libertadores experience to the squad.
