Nia Marie Szenk is a German footballer who plays as a defender for SC Freiburg in the Frauen-Bundesliga and the youth Germany national team.
She recently completed a four-week military training program.
Nia loves dogs.
She used to play futsal. After scoring five goals in the winter of 2018/19 during the South German Futsal Championship of the U15 juniors, FC Donzdorf made their way to the semi-finals.
Nia has a sister and a brother that support her in her football carreer.
Szenk had been active in sports in the local gymnastics club 1848 Donzdorf before she started playing football for FC Donzdorf.
She was part of the team that competed in the European Championship in Belgium where the German team lost to Spain in the final.
