Thaís Lima
Thaís dos Santos Macedo Lima is a Portugal-born Brazilian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. She represented Portugal from U15 through U19 level before switching international allegiance to Brazil and making her senior debut in 2026.

She was born in Portugal to a Brazilian father and an Angolan mother.
Brazilian culture was part of everyday life at home in Brazil. Her father spoke Brazilian Portuguese with her and introduced her to Brazilian football, food and music.
She is a pagode fan, and Brazilian group Menos é Mais is among her favourites.
Her first club was FC Despertar, where she played alongside boys before eventually joining Benfica's academy.
Goalkeeper was not her first position. She started as a left winger, loved scoring goals and enjoyed cutting inside to shoot.
Mary Earps is one of her goalkeeping references. Thaís has met the England goalkeeper and even exchanged shirts with her.
Away from football, she is a keen gamer and keeps a PlayStation in her room.
Benfica is also personal for her. She describes herself as a Benfica supporter at heart and says playing for the club was a childhood dream.
