Michelle Stildes joined Santos FC’s youth setup in 2018 at the age of 14, beginning her development pathway with one of Brazil’s most traditional women’s football clubs.
She spent multiple seasons moving through Santos’ youth categories, with public records listing her in the club’s U16, U18 and U20 squads before her professional promotion.
In January 2025, Santos announced that Michelle had signed a professional contract and joined the first-team group of the Sereias da Vila.
Michelle described reaching Santos’ professional squad as the result of years of “effort, sacrifice, perseverance and dedication” in a club interview after signing her contract.
