Ana Barboza scored for Santos U20 side in the first edition of the women’s Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior, finding the net in a 2–1 comeback win over Flamengo in December 2023.
Before joining Santos senior squad, Barboza was part of the club’s youth pathway, appearing for the Sereinhas da Vila teams in youth competitions.
Barboza’s youth performances included regular involvement in Santos attacking line, with goals recorded in both the 2023 and 2024 U20 seasons.
She made her senior Santos FC debut during the 2025 season.
