Ingrid Pardal
Ingrid Carolina Frisanco, known as Pardal, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a centre-back. She has represented Brazil at youth international level with the U17 and U20 national teams.

Born Ingrid Carolina Frisanco, she became widely known by the nickname “Pardal” during her football career.
Pardal was part of the Corinthians team during one of the club’s most successful periods in women’s football, including national and continental title-winning campaigns.
The defender made her first move outside Brazil in 2024 when she joined Chilean club Colo-Colo.
Pardal represented Brazil at two youth levels, playing for the U17 and U20 national teams.
