Ana Grazyelle is a Brazilian defender who has played in Brazil’s domestic women’s football system, including the Brasileirão Feminino Série A1 with Ferroviária.
She grew up in Recife watching her father play amateur “várzea” football tournaments before deciding to pursue football herself.
In a 2022 interview with Globo Esporte, she said she “never imagined” reaching the Brazil U17 national team so quickly.
Ana Grazyelle played for Náutico before joining Ferroviária’s system.
She captained Brazil’s U17 side during the 2022 South American Women’s U17 Championship.
She said hosting the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil gives her “very high expectations” because matches will be played in the state she comes from.
She won South American titles with Brazil at both U17 and U20 level.
