Simonovic was a product of the Kopparbergs/Göteborg FC youth system (now BK Häcken) and was part of their Damallsvenskan squad as early as 2018 when she was just 15 years old.
She made her official competitive debut for Piteå IF on February 15, 2026, in a Svenska Cupen match against Malmö FF.
Before joining Piteå, she spent the 2025 season as a mainstay for BK Häcken's academy team in the Elitettan, starting 24 matches.
