Hannah Elin Sjödahl is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder. She has represented Sweden at youth level.

She signed for Hammarby in August 2025 after spending most of her teenage years in Vittsjö.

She became the first player born in 2006 to score in the Swedish Damallsvenskan.

She made her top-flight debut for Vittsjö at just 15.

She was already playing Division 2 football as a 12- or 13-year-old before ending up at Vittsjö.
