Mathilde Olga Luise Janzen is a German and Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder. She has represented Germany at youth international levels.

Mathilde holds dual nationality for Germany and Sweden, having been born in Hamburg to a Swedish mother and a German father.

She is a European champion at the youth level, having won the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship with Germany in 2022.

Janzen has had two distinct spells with Kristianstads DFF, first joining as a youth prospect in 2020 before returning as a senior professional in 2024.

She made her debut in the German Frauen-Bundesliga for Werder Bremen in early 2024 before transferring back to Sweden.

Her youth career was largely spent in the academy of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, where she played for both the U17 and U20 (second team) squads.

She represented Germany at the 2022 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in India, where the team finished in fourth place.

In January 2026 Mathilde decided to no longer represent Germany on international level but the Sweden national team.
