Heather MacNab is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for the North Carolina Courage of the National Women's Soccer League.
She grew up in Carmel, Indiana, and played high school soccer at Culver Academies, where she was a three-time MVP and a two-time all-state honoree.
She committed to play for Princeton University at just 15 years old.
She took a gap year in 2020 when the Ivy League canceled fall sports.

She served as one of Princeton’s captains in 2024.
She assisted both goals in Princeton’s Ivy League Tournament final win in 2024.
She started as a non-roster invitee before earning her first professional contract.
She earned a Bachelor's degree from School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
She called signing with the Courage a "dream come true" and described the training environment as "the most intense" she has ever experienced.
