Fun Facts about Meila

Discover more than stats. Get more of who she is.

She moved from California to Kansas with her family in 2020, when she was 11.

Despite leaving school early, she stayed close to her high school friends, valuing friendships outside football.

She quickly fell in love with Kansas, particularly how friendly and easy to talk to people are.

When teammates jokingly called her a baby, she happily replied, "Yep, I am."

One reason she loved UCLA was that the coaching staff cared about her as a person, not just an athlete.
