Michel Jacquelin Fong Camargan is a Mexican footballer who plays as a defender. She has represented Mexico at youth level, including U-17 and U-20 World Cups.
Football was part of her life almost from the start: she began playing around age three while tagging along with her sister to watch their dad’s matches.
She grew up playing on neighborhood pitches close to home and also spent part of her childhood on a boys’ team.
She is a Tijuana native and came through Club Tijuana’s academy, which makes her one of Xolas’ own.
Her story has a full-circle feel: she went from being a fan of the team in the stands to becoming the youngest captain in Xolos Femenil history at 19.
