On Friday, July 4, the third day of the Women's European Championship continues. This time, Group C will take the stage, featuring a Nordic derby between Sweden and Denmark. Euro debutants Poland face a tough test as they take on Germany, historically the most successful women's team at the World Championships.

• Manchester City announced the appointment of Andrée Jeglertz, current Denmark women’s national team coach, as their new women’s head coach. He is set to take charge following the conclusion of UEFA Women’s Euro 2025.
• Jeglertz has signed a four-year contract, reflecting City's desire for stability and long-term growth after finishing fourth in the WSL and parting ways with Gareth Taylor in March.
