Amalie Vangsgaard gave Denmark the lead in the 26th minute, putting the underdogs ahead.
Germany earned a penalty after a foul on Linda Dallmann, and midfielder Sjoeke Nüsken calmly converted it in the 53rd minute to level the match.

With six points from two games in Group C, Germany now just needs Sweden to avoid losing to Poland to confirm their spot in the quarter-finals.
