Emma Frijns
Emma Eliza Frijns is a Dutch defender who plays for PSV Eindhoven in the Vrouwen Eredivisie and has represented the Netherlands at youth international level.

She was still part of Jong PSV when she signed her first professional contract, after already training regularly with the first team.
She started playing football at UDI’19 before moving into PSV’s pathway.
She was on the Netherlands U20 roster at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Away from football, she said she wanted to study Nutrition & Dietetics, but it was “unfortunately not easy to combine” with her football schedule.
