Gwendolyn Mummert is a German footballer who plays as a midfilder for FC Carl Zeiss Jena in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
Gwen graduated from the Poelchau School, the sports school in the Olympic Park in Berlin.
Her field of study is architecture.
Mummert studied in the States. She first enrolled at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and played for the educational institution's sports team, the Ragin' Cajuns.
As a senior, she continued her studies at Mississippi State University in Starkville in 2021 and was accepted into the Bulldogs sports team,[3] for which she played 33 championship games
Returning to Europe, she found her new club in Iceland in February 2023.
She is fluent both in German and English.
Gwen loves cats.
She knows how to play the guitar.
