Hannah Eva Lehmann is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for FC Carl Zeiss Jena in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
Lehmann represented the Thuringian Football Association in the DFB National Cup tournaments, competing with the U14 team in 2018 and the U16 team in 2019.
She debuted in the Frauen-Bundesliga on 31 August 2024, entering as a substitute vs Eintracht Frankfurt.
Hannah developed through SV 09 Arnstadt, then joined the youth teams at FF USV Jena U17 (2018–2020).
As for July 2025, Hannah is currently fighting her way back onto the pitch after a cruciate ligament tear and is already in individual training with the ball at her feet.
