Kiko Seike is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a forward for Women's Super League club Brighton & Hove Albion and for the Japan national team.

After the 2023/24 season she was the top scorer in the Japanese WE League, scoring 20 goals in 22 games.

She played at Urawa Reds all the way through the youth categories.

In 2020 she suffered an ACL injury.

She studied at the Physical Education department at Tsukuba University.

She is the first Japanese woman to play for Brighton.
