Kyra Spitzner is a German professional footballer who plays as a forward for Frauen-Bundesliga club RB Leipzig.
She joined RB Leipzig's youth academy in 2017 and worked her way up from the U13s to the senior team.
She overcame two serious injuries — a shoulder injury in 2022 and a foot fracture in 2023 — and still returned strong for RB Leipzig’s Bundesliga debut season.
She helped RB Leipzig earn promotion to the Frauen-Bundesliga for the first time ever by winning the 2022–23 2. Bundesliga title.
