Lauren Hemp is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Women's Super League club Manchester City and the Lionesses.
She is known for her love for Lego. Building Lego is her favourite way how to spend free time. According to her, it's therapeutic and helps her relax her brain. She also loves building IKEA furniture.
She fell in love with Lego during covid times thanks to, her then teammate, Lucy Bronze who bought her first model.
She is in relationship with former football player Ashley Hodson.
She is a holder of the Order of the British Empire.

She underwent successful surgery and has been working closely with the club's medical team during her rehabilitation. Hemp's return is timely, as Manchester City faces a challenging period with several key players, including Mary Fowler and Vivianne Miedema, currently out due to injuries.
