Sherida Spitse is a Dutch midfielder who has played for Ajax Women since January 2021 in the Eredivisie Women. She is also a Netherlands international.
On matchdays, she says she puts on her own music before kick-off because it helps her prepare. She prefers fast music for energy, and specifically mentions reggaeton.
She hates losing so much that even a card game at home can get to her.
In her free time, she likes simple things with family and friendsāsitting on a terrace, shopping, or going out to eat.
She had no female football role models growing up, and looked up to Wesley Sneijder and Rafael van der Vaart instead.
She retired from international football in October 2025 after becoming Europeās most capped international.
She has two children.
