Soraya Verhoeve
Soraya Verhoeve is a Dutch footballer who plays as a defender. She has represented the Netherlands at youth level and Aruba at senior level.

She completed a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Amsterdam.
She named Johan Cruijff as her favourite Amsterdammer.
Her Aruban roots come through her mother, which is why she became eligible to play for Aruba.
She has loved Aruba since childhood and used to fly there at least once a year, often staying for a full month to spend time with family.
In 2024, she also appeared as a contestant on the Dutch TV quiz show De slimste mens.
