Joni Jofinah Disja Paliama is a Dutch footballer who plays as a defender. She has represented the Netherlands at youth international level.
She was born in Almere and started playing football at age five at Voetbalschool Almere under ex-pro Arno Splinter.
Before focusing fully on football, she also practiced judo.
In 2024, she began coaching at a football school, delivering individual and small-group sessions.
She became an assistant coach with FC Utrecht Vrouwen’s O16 academy team in 2024.
She has been training as a Football Performance Specialist / performance coach and says she wants, ideally, to work as a performance coach while she is still active as a player.
She has studied Interdisciplinary Social Sciences at Utrecht University.
She is a fan of Frenkie de Jong.
She has Indonesian roots.
