Tess Tiebie is a Dutch defender who has played professional club football in the Netherlands with SC Telstar and HERA United.

She began her early football development at Dutch amateur club FC Uitgeest, playing in mixed youth teams that included both boys and girls.
During her youth career she played in the JO17 team at FC Uitgeest alongside male teammates, which is common in Dutch grassroots development pathways.
In 2022 she was invited for a trial period with the Ajax Talent Team.
Tiebie later moved into the professional women’s game with SC Telstar in the Vrouwen Eredivisie.
She joined HERA United when the club took over the Telstar women’s professional license and squad structure in the Vrouwen Eredivisie.
