Suus de Bakker is a Dutch defender is a Dutch defender who has played in the United States (college soccer) and the Netherlands (HERA United).

De Bakker spent four seasons playing college soccer at the University of California, Irvine (UCI Athletics).
During her time in the United States, she won the Big West Championship three times.
She also participated in the NCAA national championship tournament on three occasions with UCI.
In late 2025, she returned from the United States to the Netherlands and initially trained with Jong HERA United.
Upon signing, she said: “It is a historic club and I find it an honor to be part of it.”
She mentioned being a fan of Angel City FC during her time in the United States, reflecting her interest in women-led football projects.
