The coach who won the Champions League. Renée Slegers took over after Jonas Eidevall left, having previously served as his assistant. She has now extended her contract and will remain in her position at least until 2029.

- Slegers has been with the club since 2023, when she arrived from Rosengard in swedish Damallsvenska. As a player, she played together with Stina Blackstenius in Linköping.
- Slegers took over as interim head coach in October 2024 following Jonas Eidevall’s departure and guided Arsenal through an 11-match unbeaten run, earning the permanent role and now this long-term extension.
- Slegers has a deep history with Arsenal, having been part of the club’s academy.
